I’m Matt Happick, owner and operator of Buying Property 410, I started the company in 2014 . Growing up in Maryland in a rural town sparked my love for the state. I went to college in Pennsylvania and shortly after moved back to Maryland, where I begun my family and career. While in college, I met my wife Morgan and together we have 4 beautiful children together!

I worked a 15 year career in IT and have been buying and selling homes for over 10 years. When I’m not working on a property or managing the business the thing I enjoy most is spending time with my family!
